ti - <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7133 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Vermont. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Vermont be amended to include in the A-2 Agricultural District's <br /> the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7133 <br /> A part of the SE 1/4 and SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4, and the NE 1/4 and NW 1/4 of the SW <br /> 1/4, and the SW 1/4 of the sw 1/4, all in Section 17, Town of Vermont described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section 17; thence S00°06'38: <br /> West, 1860.20 feet to the point of beginning; thence N09°06'55"East, 762.73 feet; thence <br /> N42°28'32" East, 1141.33 feet; thence N00°08'59" West, 1170.93 feet; thence <br /> N41°18'47"East, 525.43 feet to the centerline of CTH F; thence Southeasterly, 92.41 <br /> along the arc of a 1000.00 feet radius curve to the left, making a central angle of <br /> 05°17'40"and a long chord of 92.38 feet that bears S59°18'40"East; thence S61°57'30" <br /> East along said centerline, 216.44 feet; thence S28°02'30" West, 550.00 feet; thence <br /> S67°04'00"East, 158.79 feet; thence S20°55'25"West, 946.02 feet; thence S85°02'05" <br /> East, 175.00 feet to the centerline of Ryan Road and the beginning of a 628.03 feet radius <br /> curve to the left; thence Southwesterly, 403.97 feet along the arc of said centerline curve <br /> making a central angle of 36°51'18" and a long chord of 397.04 feet that bears <br /> S52°42'21" West, thence S34°16'42" West along said centerline, 757.47 feet to the <br /> beginning of a 932.81 foot radius curve to the left; thence Southwesterly, 370.00 feet <br /> along the arc of said centerline curve, making a central angle of 22°43'34" and a long <br /> chord of 367.58 feet that bears S22°54'55"West, thence S11°33'08"West along said <br /> centerline, 369.73 feet; thence N72°57'59"West, 33.00 feet; thence S88°06'45" West, <br /> 238.94 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDPITONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3Xa)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective,if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or owners of the <br /> land shall record the following restrictions on said land <br /> 1.To specify that there shall be no residential development on the rezone area. <br /> Said restriction shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of <br /> land within 300 feet of the site.Failure to record the restrictions will cause the rezone to be null and <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
