DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7134 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Cross Plains. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Cross Plains be amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes <br /> District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7134 <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 29, Town of Cross Plains, described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the South quarter corner of the said Section 29; thence North <br /> 1075.3 feet; thence East 385.2 feet to the point of beginning; thence S 63°33' East 360.00 <br /> feet; thence N26°27' East 275.00 feet; thence N65°56' West 360.3 feet; thence S26°27' <br /> West 260.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3Xa)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> 1. That this is the last allowable split under the present Town of Cross Plains land use <br /> plan. <br /> • <br /> o <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
