To: Dane County Zoning &Natural Resources Committee <br /> 37.7 <br /> Reason for rezone: To allow a Zacre buildable site out of-38,4 acres. The remaining <br /> 3,f$acres will remain Al-Ex. The entire 3n acres will be sold to Lori lee Lynch of Mt <br /> Horeb who will build a home on the 2 acres this spring/summer. I will continue to crop <br /> the remaining 3r,racres under a long term lease. The 2 acre site is a transition area <br /> between two fields that has rocks and some scrub trees. The building site will disturb less <br /> that 1/4 acre of cropland. The drive will be built almost entirely on the existing field road <br /> and will improve field access. <br /> Note: This is the 4th and final split on the 158 acre parcel. I have asked the Town of <br /> Cross Plains to amend their Land Use Pkan to show that under current zoning the splits <br /> will all be used when this RH-1 parcel is created. <br /> David Atwell <br /> 12/1/97 <br />
