ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS ON ZONING PETITION #7135 <br /> Petition#7135 was amended by changing the original request to rezone approximately 18.6 acres to <br /> RH-4 to rezone approximately 13.6 acres to RH-3. This change was to the sale of 40 acres of <br /> A-1 Ex to a neighboring farmer instead of the 35 acres originally planned. Town approval of the RH- <br /> 3 request is subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1) No new residences would be allowed on the RH-3 parcel; <br /> 2) No residences permitted on the 40 acres; and <br /> 3) Final certified survey be submitted to the township. <br />
