A "113 zb <br /> ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4549 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> DEERFIELD <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Deerfield be amended to include in th <br /> A-2(8) Agriculture District the following described land: <br /> leT6et. #4549/758: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 5, Town of Deerf' escribed as follows: <br /> Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot #1, 647, thence S 00° 08' West <br /> 348.5 feet; thence N 89° 18' East 250.0 ; thence S 00° 26' West 320.1 <br /> feet; thence N 89° 18' East 399.39 along the North right-of-way line of <br /> Nesheim Road, thence N 00° 1 ' st 400 feet along the West line of Lot #3, <br /> CSM #3664, thence cony 00° 11' East 268.1 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This descri is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will b pared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become <br /> ive, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of <br /> Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by the <br /> County Board of Supervisors, the owner of owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land running in favor of Dane County and the <br /> pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of the land: <br /> A. Beef raising operation is prohibited. <br /> B. Livestock shall be limited to horses.
