U. ?. .#758 <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the town board of the Town of <br /> Deerfield (approves) as amended below <br /> , hereby of the change <br /> sought by Zoning Petition # 4549 & C. U.P, #758 <br /> I, Bob Riede , as town clerk of the Town of <br /> Deerfield , 'County of Dane, hereby certify <br /> that the above resolution was adopted in a lawful meeting of the <br /> town board of the Town of Deerfield on <br /> August 1 , 19 89 <br /> AMENDMENTS: 1 . ) There shall be no beef operation as outlined <br /> in the preliminary rezoning request. <br /> 2. ) The unlimited livestock shall be deleted. <br /> 3. ) There will be a strict limit of a maximum of <br /> 15 horses to occuy the premises . <br /> 4. ) The C.U.
