4
***REZONING PETITION***
'4042 KEEWATIN TRAIL
Purpose: Rezone our property from Agriculture 1 to RH1.
Why? To allow for 2 horses on our property. Current
zoning laws in Dane County indicate that if a
property has less than 5 acres, must rezone to have
horses.
Restrictions? Will ask for horses-only restriction on zoning change.
Why a Petition? The Town and County Boards are reluctant to allow
for zoning changes such as this unless there is
support from the surrounding neighbors.
We, the undersigned, support the Dohmeiers rezoning request
from Agricultural-1 to RH1, thus allowing them to have up to 2 horses
(as they currently have 2.8 acres), with the understanding that the
change in zoning is restricted to horses.
NAME ADDRESS TELEPHONE #
1. /41/ 77 t4/Q d.. a fJ/s 4 --
2.
