(This application was submitted for us by David Cheney <br /> who is doing the survey work.) Since that time we have had the property surveyed and <br /> found the area to be 4.2 acres not 3.0 acres as originally submitted. We would like to <br /> amend that petition to reflect the correct zoning for the acreage. <br /> December 18, 1997 Original Petition: 3.0 acres RH-1 <br /> January 27, 1998 Amended Request: 4.2 acres RH-2 <br /> Enclosed you will find a new map reflecting this change. We are scheduled for the <br /> February 24, 1998 Public Hearing and have received approval for the rezone from the <br /> Town of Vermont Planning Commission.
