DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7146 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Burke. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Burke be amended to include in the R-3A Residential District/s the <br /> following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7146 <br /> A parcel of land located in the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 5, Town of Burke described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the South quarter corner of Section 5, thence N01°24'13"East, <br /> 681.61 feet along the West line of the Southeast quarter of said Section 5; thence <br /> S88°35'47"East, 536.08 feet to the Northwest corner of Lot #2, Certified Survey Map <br /> #1044 thence N80°39'24"East, 200.53 feet along the North line of said Lot #2 to the <br /> existing Westerly right-of-way line of Danielle Road and point of curve concave to the <br /> Northwest having a radius of 50 feet; thence Southwesterly, 29.58 feet along the existing <br /> right-of-way line of Danielle Road and the arc of said curve and whose long chord bears <br /> S12°56'24"West, 29.15 feet; thence Southerly, Easterly and Northerly, 216.27 feet along <br /> the existing right-of-way of Danielle Road and the arc of a curve having a radius of 50.00 <br /> feet concave to the North and whose long chord bears N85°59'24"East, 83.O0feet to a <br /> point of reverse curve having a radius of 50.00 feet; thence Northerly, 29.58 feet along the <br /> existing right-of-way line of Danielle Road and the arc of said curve whose long chord <br /> bears N20°57'36" West, 29.15 feet; thence N04°00'36" West, 335.71 feet along the <br /> existing Easterly right-of-way line of Danielle Road to the point of beginning. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> RECORDING OF AN APPROVED PLAT REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a plat will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective,if within one year of its approval by Dane County,a plat that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failuu to <br /> record the plat will cause this amendment to be null and void. A copy of the recorded p t-siall be 1� <br /> submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. SY, L Cj <br /> 1.The recording of an approved plat showing 2 duplexes,totaling 4 units. <br /> 2. A deed restriction is to be of record limiting Lots 12 and 13 to one duplex structure on each lot. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
