ORDINANCE AMENDMENTS: <br /> a. O.A.#32, 1997-98,Amending Chapter 75 of the Dane County Code of Ordinances as it pertains to <br /> Land Division Regulations. <br /> Motion by Cornwell/Hendrick to amend O.A. #32, 1997-98,by adding the following verbage: <br /> 75.095 EXEMPTION FROM CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP REQUIREMENT. <br /> Notwithstanding any requirement of this chapter for the approval of a certified map, the Committee shall <br /> waive such requirement where a land division of greater than 15 acres in area is made specifically for agricultural <br /> purposes and the parties seeking the waiver agree to and do record an informational covenant stating that any <br /> possible non-agricultural development of the land will be subject to the requirement of an approved certified <br /> survey map. <br /> Motion carried 5-2.Salkin and Anderson voting no.. <br /> Motion by Salkin/Anderson to amend O.A.#32 by inserting language that the ordinance amendment <br /> shall go into effect upon receipt of a majority vote of the towns;motion failed 4-2. Salkin and Anderson <br /> voting yes.Kesterson abstaining. <br /> Motion by Hendrick/McCormick to amend O.A.#32 by inserting 80 acres in place of 40 acres.Motion <br /> withdrawn <br /> Motion by Salkin/Anderson to postpone,motion failed 5-2.
