EFFECTIVE DATE OF PERMIT: March 17, 1998 THE CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: Part of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 Section 8 , Town of Medina described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of said NE 1/4 NW 1/4 ; thence East along the North line of said 1/4 1/4 for a distance of 198 . 0 feet; thence South parallel to the West line of said 1/4 1/4 for a distance of 168 feet to the point of beginning; thence South parallel to the said West line 162 feet to the South line of the North 330 feet of said 1/4 1/4; thence West along the South line of the North 330 feet; 198 feet to the West line of said 1/4 1/4 ; thence North along said West line 265 feet; thence Southeasterly to the point of beginning. CONDITIONS: 1) Single family residence only. THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE AFTER PUBLIC HEARING AND IN THEIR CONSIDERATION OF THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT MADE THE FOLLOWING FINDING OF FACT: 1. That the establishment, maintenance and operation of the proposed conditional use will not be detrimental to or endanger the public health, safety, morals comfort or general welfare. 2 .
