This proposed residential expansion is in a commercially zoned area of the hamlet of <br /> Deansville. All of the other uses in this southeast quadrant of the hamlet are primarily residential as <br /> opposed to commercial. <br /> If the CUP is granted it should be for a single family home only, since there request is for expansion of <br /> the present use. <br /> Another way to deal with this may be to amend the zoning to R-1 zoning and encourage others to <br /> rezone this area residential. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH (septic, etc.) <br /> CUP#1477 No Objection to this petition. A review of the private sewage system may be <br /> required if the proposed addition includes a bedroom or is>25% of the current living space. <br /> DANE COUNTY HIGHWAY <br /> C.U.P. 1477. CTH "TT" is not a controlled access highway. Any changes of use which <br /> increases the amount of traffic utilizing the access will require a change of use access permit. <br /> OTHER <br />
