on the Property. Any conditions of operation made applicable by other governing <br /> bodies are incorporated herein and made a part of this Agreement. <br /> 10. Notices. Any notice required or permitted under this Agreement shall <br /> be in writing and shall be deemed sufficiently given to the other party if personally <br /> delivered or sent by certified mail, with postage prepaid thereon, addressed to the <br /> other party at its address set forth above. Additionally, any notice sent to Blooming <br /> Grove shall be mailed to John Mitby, Town Attorney, 2 E.- Mifflin, Suite 200, <br /> Madison, Wisconsin, 53703. Either party may be like notice at any time designate in <br /> writing a different address to which notices shall be sent. <br /> 11. Survival. Certain obligations and agreements of the parties are to be <br /> performed by the parties after the termination of the Agreement. All of such <br /> obligations and agreements shall survive the termination of the Agreement. <br /> 12. Liability Insurance. J & H agrees to name the Town as additional <br /> insured under its general liability insurance with a minimum of $1,000,000 combined <br /> single limit coverage per occurrence for the term of the Agreement. J & H shall <br /> furnish, annually, a Certificate of Insurance as evidence of coverage. <br /> 13. Indemnification. J & H shall indemnify, hold harmless, and defend the <br /> Town and its officers, officials, agents, employees, and any duly appointed <br /> committee, from and against any and all liability including claims, demands, losses, <br /> -6- <br />
