I have also spoken <br /> with neighbors who are going to search for personal and real estate photos to verify that these structures did not <br /> exist in 2011. The whole neighborhood is effected by both the appearance, property value, and relative safety of <br /> these structures. <br /> I am also inquiring as to the statute of limitations on your capacity to enforce zoning ordinance regarding both <br /> structures. I would like your feedback on what that timeframe is specifically. <br /> I understand that this matter is both time consuming and less than pleasant to deal with, but I trust that as a <br /> public servant you will fulfill your duties to protect everyone's rights to safety and lack of encroachment. <br /> I believe the newest structure may actually be larger than 120 ft sq.
