The drainage for the homes <br /> is going to be a concern if curb and gutter is added. I am not sure <br /> if there is adequate right-of-way to construct the lane without <br /> without curb and gutter. Also, if curb and gutter is installed there <br /> will need to be storm sewer in front of the homes. <br /> I don't have any further comments for Yahara Crossing Center.
