DANE COUNTY CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT APPLICATION#1481 <br /> Town of Madison <br /> The conditional use shall be located on property described as follows: <br /> C.U.P. #1481: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 35, Town of Madison, described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the center of said Section 35, thence N89°29'30" West, 266.81 feet along <br /> the centerline of West Badger Road; thence N00°32'30"West, 33.00 feet to the point of <br /> beginning; thence continuing N00°32'30" West, 252.56 feet; thence S89°26'22"East, <br /> 230.12 feet to the Westerly line of South Park Street; thence S00°01'30"East, 158.54 <br /> feet along said Westerly line to a curve; thence Southwesterly 70.67 feet along said <br /> Westerly line also being the arc of a curve concave to the West having a radius of 850.95 <br /> feet (the chord of which bears S02°21'15" West, 70.64 feet); thence Southwesterly 37.43 <br /> feet along the arc of a curve concave to the Northwest having a radius of 25.00 feet (the <br /> chord of which bears S47°37'15"West, 34.03 feet); thence N89°29'27"West, 199.76 <br /> feet to the point of beginning. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
