The reason for <br /> this rezoning is that this property built in September of 1975 was actually legal at that time. <br /> In October of 1976 Ordinance #1783 repealed building duplexes on agricultural land, <br /> leaving this parcel as a non-confonning use. I request that zoning be changed from A-1 to <br /> R-3A to conform with current zoning laws. I have enclosed copies of the original zoning <br /> permit, site plan, original plat, building plans, ordinance numbers permitting and then <br /> repealing the construction along with a new certified survey map.
