DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7155 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Pleasant Springs. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Pleasant Springs be amended to include in the A-2(2) Agricultural <br /> District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7155 <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 and part of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 26, <br /> Town of Pleasant Springs described as follows: Commencing at the East quarter corner <br /> of said Section 26, thence S88°47'26" West, along the East-West quarter line of said <br /> Section 26, 688.70 feet to the point of beginning; thence S20°09'34" West, 365.91 feet; <br /> thenceN83°46'47" West, along the North line of Erdahl Road, 25.05 feet; thence along <br /> the arc of a 60 foot radius curve to the right whose long chord bears N48°58'21" West, <br /> 44.61 feet; thenceN20°09'34" East, 237.12 feet; thence N70°39' West,246.93 feet; <br /> htence N01°53'25" East, 39.80 feet; thence N12°09'51" East, 145.74 feet; thence <br /> N53°32'45" East, 37.47 feet; thence N88°47'26" East, 366.26 feet; thence S24°15' <br /> West, 225.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared <br /> for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane <br /> County,a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County <br /> Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the <br /> recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning, <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c).
