Density Study Summary for Rezone # 7155 <br /> February 1998 Public Hearing <br /> The land being considered for rezone was under the ownership of Harvey <br /> Erdahl at the time of A-1 Ex adoption by the Town of Pleasant Springs (6/6/78), <br /> consisting of 245 acres. There appears to have been one split -the Sisulak lot <br /> on the south end of the farm. However, record of transaction was not apparent <br /> through the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br />
