There is <br /> one ( 1 ) concrete tank that appears to have the approximate <br /> capacity of 1500 gallons . It is located 25 ' east of the dog <br /> kennels . The condition of the tank is good and the liquid <br /> level is normal . The baffles are visible , intact and <br /> functioning properly . No ponding was evident in the vent <br /> pipe . The septic tank cover is above ground level . Eckmayer <br /> recommends installing a lock , chain and warning label . There <br /> is a zabel filter installed after the septic tank . The <br /> system appeared to be functioning properly and the above <br /> ground observations are compliant with state code . <br /> NOTE: This evaluation is in no way to he construed as a <br /> guarantee or approval of the private sewage system .
