DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6884 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Sun Prairie. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Sun Prairie be amended to include in the A-2(2) Agricultural and R- 1A Residential District/s the following described land: PETITION NUMBER: 6884 Part of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 19, Town of Sun Prairie described as follows: TO R-1A: Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section 19; thence S 00° 00' 00" West, along the East line of the said NW 1/4, 1492.50 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue S 00° 00' 00" West, along the East line of the said Northwest quarter, 348.00 feet; thence S 88° 05' 57" West, 270.51 feet; thence N 00° 00' 00"East, along the Easterly line of Lot#1, Certified Survey Map #5691; 348.00 feet; thence N 88° 05' 57" East, 270.51 feet to the point of beginning. Part of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 19, Town of Sun Prairie described as follows: TO A-2(2): Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section 19; thence S 00° 00' 00" West, along the East line of the said Northwet quarter, 1840.50 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue S 00° 00' 00" West, along the East line of the said Northwest quarter, 441.25 feet; thence N 88° 00' 00" West, along the North line of Lot #1, Certified Survey Map #7911, 270.53 feet; thence N 00° 00' 00"East, 65.81 feet; thence 90° 00' 00" West, 130.00 thence N 00° 00' 00"East, 80.00 feet ; thence N 90° 00' 00"East, 130.00 feet; thence N 00° 00' 00" East, along the Easterly line of Lot#1, Certified Survey Map #5691, 277.03 feet; thence thence N 88° 05' 57"East, 270.51 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED The above listed description's is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning.
