EXTRACTION CONDITIONAL, USE PERMIT REQUIREMENTS DOCUMENT 1 997-25 (.KTOI3ER 20,1997 Mineral extraction operations at the Meissen l'it shall cease no later than three and one-half years from the date of approval. During this time period two years will be allowed for gravel caution and crushing; the*maiming year and one- half will be set aside to remove the remaining crushed gravel and site reclmation. The Conditional Use Permit will be reviewed annually. If necessary, CUP requirements and the area permitted for Mineral extraction will he modified to meet the three and one-half year operation limit. A reclamation p approved 1w the Town and County, is to include both existing site and site covered by this . Two separate site Plan maps shall be required. One map is to show the mineral extraction area with existing land contour lines. The second map is to show the land included in the existing site and the site covered by th0 CI JP after reclamation. Periodic archaeological inspections will be performed during removal of the topsoil layers. Areas deemed dangerous to the general public shall be fenced. Fence location will be indicated on the mineral extraction area map. The site shall be signed "no trespassing".
