A small machine shed about the size of a two car garage will <br /> also be built. The total disturbed area will be about 2 acres. The rest of the buildings will <br /> 608 251 7515 be retained and converted to equine related facilities. <br /> • There will be no new roads or culverts. The existing drainage patterns will be retained. <br /> About half of the site, (20 acres), drains to the West while the other half, (20 acres), drains <br /> FAX608.251.7566 to the East. The property straddles a ridge and no other properties contribute to the <br /> watershed area on this property. The existing grassed drainage will remain and there will <br /> be no additional runoff diverted to this area. <br /> The existing gravel drive will be used for construction and storage of materials. No <br /> temporary road is anticipated, therefore no off-site muO racking is anticipated. <br /> A topographic and property survey is being prepared to help with the final design and <br /> construction drawings.
