Page 1 -� <br /> DANE COUNTY <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #1420 <br /> THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD <br /> PURSUANT TO SECTION 10.255 (2) OF THE DANE COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES <br /> DOES HEREBY: <br /> GRANT the conditional use permit subject to conditions. <br /> FOR: Day Care Center <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE OF PERMIT: 5/6/97 EXPIRATION DATE: (See below) <br /> THE CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> That part of the E 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of Section 3, Town of <br /> Verona, lying South of Raymond Road. <br /> CONDITIONS <br /> These conditions are specifically made applicable to this permit, <br /> any violation of such conditions shall be sufficient grounds for <br /> revocation of this permit. <br /> 1. The development shall be limited to: <br /> a. the existing building; <br /> b. the existing parking lot; and <br /> c. the proposed fenced playground. <br /> 2. Hours limited to 6: 00 A.M. to 6: 30 P.M. Monday through Friday. <br /> 3. The capacity of the facility shall not exceed 50 children. <br /> 4. The daily wastewater load does not exceed 3750 gallons. <br /> 5. At such time that the Ice Age Trail and Open Space Plans are <br /> implemented in this area the subject property will be required to <br /> develop and implement alternative access consistent with adopted <br /> plans and at their expense to allow for the elimination of Raymond <br /> Road where it crosses the Ice Age Trail Corridor. <br /> THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE AFTER PUBLIC HEARING AND <br /> IN THEIR CONSIDERATION OF THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT MADE THE <br /> FOLLOWING FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1 . That the establishment, maintenance and operation of the <br /> proposed conditional use will not be detrimental to or endanger <br /> the public health, safety, morals, comfort or general welfare. <br />
