. .• <br /> ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. #3836 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> VERONA <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Verona be amended to include in the RH-4 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #3836/545: <br /> TO RH-4: That part of the E 1/2 SE 1/4 Section 3, lying Southeasterly of <br /> Raymond Road. <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 60 days of its adoption by the <br /> County Board of Supervisors, the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions running in favor of Dane County as well as the owners <br /> of the land: <br /> 1) . Said property shall not be divided. <br /> 2) . That Madison General enter into a written agreement with the Town of <br /> Verona to make an annual payment-in-lieu of taxes for local services <br /> provided by the town; <br /> 3) . That the development plan for the facility provide for preservation <br /> Oil/ of natural drainageways on the property, and that erosion control during <br /> construction follow an approved soil Conservation Service Plan; <br /> 4) . That any proposed access onto Raymond Road be approved by the Town <br /> Board. <br /> 5) .
