DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6885 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Windsor. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows:" That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Windsor be amended to include in the R-2 Residential and R-3A <br /> Residential District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6885-- <br /> TO RH-2—Part of Lot 26,First Addition to Bull Run,located in the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 Section 30, <br /> T9N,R10E,Town of Windsor, more fully described as follows: Commencing at the NE corner said <br /> Section 30,thence S 01° 18' 33"E,along the East line of the NE 1/4 of said Section 30, 2644.20 feet to <br /> the East 1/4 corner thereof; thence S 89° 31' 47" W, along the South line of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of <br /> said Section 30, 935.65 feet; thence N 01° 17' 33" W, 233.00 feet to the point of beginning;thence S 89° <br /> 31' 46" W, 388.00 feet; thence N 01° 17' 33"W, along the West line of Lot 26,along the West line of <br /> said Lot 26, 200.00 feet; thence N 89°31' 47"E, along the North line of said Lot 26, 100.00 feet; thence <br /> along the Westerly R/W line of Admiral Circle on the arc of a 66.00 foot radius curve to the left whose <br /> long chord bears S 77°42' 13"E, 128.74 feet;thence along the R/W of Admiral Court on the arc of a <br /> 50.00 foot radius curve to the right whose long chord bears N 57° 17' 47"E, 53.34 feet; thence N 89°31' <br /> 47"E, along the South R/W line of Monitor Street, 117.33 feet;thence S 01° 17' 33"E,along the East <br /> line of Lot 26, 200.00 feet to the Point of Beginning. <br /> TO R-3A--Part of Lot 26,First Addition to Bull Run located in the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 30, <br /> Town of Windsor, described as follows: Commencing at the NE corner of said Section 30; thence S 01° <br /> 18'33"E, along the east line of the NE 1/4 of said Section 30, 2644.30 feet to the East 1/4 corner thereof; <br /> thence S 89° 31'47" W, along the South line of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of said Section 30, 935.65 feet; <br /> thence N 01° 17'33"W, 33.00 feet to the SE corner of lot 26,First Addition to Bull Run and the point of <br /> beginning; thence S 89°31' 47" W, along the South line of said Lot 26, 388.00 feet to the SW corner <br /> thereof; thence N 01° 17'33"W, along the West line of said Lot 26,200.00 feet; thence N 89° 31'46"E, <br /> 388.00 feet; thence S 01° 17'33"E, along the east line of said Lot, 200.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions: <br /> RECORDING OF AN APPROVED PLAT REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a plat will be prepared for <br /> approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within one year of its approval by Dane <br /> County, a plat that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register <br /> of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. A copy of the <br /> recorded plat shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> rkt-0(\ <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings, to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77 (1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
