DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6887 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Christiana. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Christiana be amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes <br /> District's the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6887--The N 365' of the E 325' of the NE 1/4 of . e NE 1/4, Section 14, <br /> Town of Christiana. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10. -5(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the folio • g conditions: <br /> CERTIFIED SU• Y RE•UIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to •escribe land for which a certified survey map will be <br /> prepared for approval and recorded. This am, dment will become effective, if within 90 days of its <br /> approval by Dane County,a certified surve map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the <br /> office of the Dane County Register of De:.s. <br /> Failure to record the survey will c. se the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded <br /> survey shall be submitted to Dan, County Zoning. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
