DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6888 <br /> Amending Section 10:03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Pleasant Springs. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Pleasant Springs be amended to include in the A-2 Agricultural and <br /> A-2(2) Agricultural District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6888 -To A-2(2) A part of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 Section <br /> 16,Town of Pleasant Springs, commencing at the East 1/4 corner of Section 16; thence along the East <br /> line of said Section 16 and centerline of Hill Street N00°29'15"E 2123.66 feet to the point of beginning; <br /> Thence West 335.79 feet; Thence N00°29'15"E 500.00 feet to the Northline of Section 16; Thence <br /> N88°08'30"E200.00 feet along said North line to the centerline of Hill Street; Thence S09°10'00"E <br /> 54.29 feet along said centerline to a point of curvature; Thence on a curve to the left of the radius 541.31 <br /> feet whose long chord bears S15°29'30"E 119.27 feet along said centerline; Thence along said centerline <br /> S21°49'00"E 160.00 feet to a point of curvature; Thence on a curve to the right of radius 313.96 feet <br /> whose long chord bears S 16°42'00"E along said centerline; Thence West 16.74 feet to the East line of <br /> Section 16; Thence S00°29"15"W 135.75 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> #6888 To A-2-- A part of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 Section 16, Town of Pleasant Springs, <br /> commencing at the East 1/4 corner of Section 16; thence along the East line of said Section 16 and <br /> centerline of Hill Street N00°29'15"E 1852.28 feet to the point of beginning of this description; thence <br /> S87°59'49"W 847.23 feet; thence S00°29'15"W 535.00 feet to the South line of the NE 1/4, NE 1/4; <br /> Thence along said South line of the NE1/4,NE 1/4; Thence along said South line S98°58'49"W 484.18 <br /> feet along said South line to the Southwest corner of the NE 1/4, NE 1/4; Thence along the West line of <br /> said NE 1/4, NE 1/4 to the Northwest corner N00°27'50"E 1321.01 feet; thence N88°30"E995.74 feet <br /> along the North line of Section 16; thence S00°29'15"W 500.00 feet; thence East 335.79 feet to the <br /> centerline of Hill Street and the East line of Section 16; thence along said centerline and section line <br /> S00°29'15"W 271.38 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions: <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be <br /> prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective,if within 90 days of its <br /> approval by Dane County,a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the <br /> office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded <br /> survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective,if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or owners of the <br /> land shall record the following restrictions on said land: <br /> 1 That there be no further residential development on the A-2 rezone area. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
