DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6890 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Rutland. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Rutland be amended to include in the RH-4 Rural Homes Districts <br /> the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6890 A part of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 1,Town of Rutland, <br /> described as follows: Commencing at the West 1/4 corner of said Section 1; thence East,along the east- <br /> west 1/4 line of said Section 1, 1312 feet more or less; thence South along the east line of the Northwest <br /> 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 1,677 feet; thence West,parallel to the east-west 1/4 line of said <br /> Section 1, 1312 feet more or less to the west line of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section <br /> 1; thence North,along said west line,677 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective,if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or owners of the <br /> land shall record the following restrictions on said land: <br /> 1.To prohibit further division of parcels 0510-013-8500 and 0510-013-9001. <br /> Said restriction shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board as well as the owners <br /> of land within 300 feet of the site.Failure to record the restrictions will cause the rezone to be null <br /> and void. <br /> \)'7C(\ <br /> 1 / <br /> ■` <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
