This proposed residential site appears to meet the criteria of the town/county plan in the Town of <br /> Cross Plains. <br /> However,when the two parcels to the south were considered(Petition 6863 of March 1997),there was a condition <br /> on the rezoning that there be no further division;thus,this site should probably have the same condition. <br /> In addition,the two sites to the south will be using a private easement for access to CTH J.It would seem <br /> reasonable to have this proposed residential site use the same easement to avoid multiple access onto the highway. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH (septic, etc.) <br /> DANE COUNTY HIGHWAY <br /> Petition 6891.
