Taylor and dated as <br /> of August 15th 1966. <br /> • The Al-Ex was adopted in Cross Plains on December 1981. <br /> • There never was a CSM done or a rezoning of the property. <br /> • The parcel is considered an illegal split and needs to be rezoned to become a <br /> legal split. When our department finds parcels with this status, the procedure is <br /> to ask the owners to go through the rezoning process so they comply with the <br /> current ordinances. <br /> • <br />
