DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6891 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Cross Plains. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cross Plains be amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes Districts the following described land: PETITION NUMBER: 6891 Part of the Northeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 32,Town of Cross Plains described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of Section 32,Town of Cross Plains;thence S89°59'42"E, 1723.58 feet; thence S0°31'27"W, 562.41 feet to the point of beginning; thence S40°27'59"E 500.00';thence S 49°32'01"W, 175.00 feet; thence N40°27'59"W,500.00 feet; thence N40°27'59"W, 175.00 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions: The rezoned area shall be subject to the following condition: 1.That there be a joint driveway with the two newly created parcels,Petition#6863,to the south of the rezone area.
