PUBLIC COMMENT: <br /> None <br /> IV. REZONE AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT APPLICATIONS FROM PREVIOUS <br /> MEETINGS <br /> a.6891,Atwell,Town of Cross Plains,4/29/97 <br /> Motion by Hendrick/Kesterson to approve with a condition that their be a joint driveway with the two newly <br /> created parcels to the south,Petition 6863,and that a deed restriction is requested by the applicant that there be <br /> no residential development on the balance of the 38 acre remnant;carried 7-0. <br /> Motion by Hendrick/Kesterson to approve as amended;carried 7-0. <br /> b.6931,Madder,Town of Springdale,5/27/97 <br /> Motion by Hendrick/Kesterson to amend the original approval of conditions by deleting the C-1 uses noted in <br /> item number 14;carried 6-1.McCormick voting no. <br /> Motion by Hendrick/Kesterson to approve as amended;carried 6-1.McCormick voting no. <br /> c.6962/1439,Harrison,Town of Bristol,7/22/97 <br /> Motion by Anderson/Salkin to postpone for 1 week until the committe has recieved correspondence from the <br /> Town of Bristol regarding their intent;carried 5-2.McCormick and Van Deurzen voting no. <br /> d.6984,John Leslie Farrell Trust,Town of Cross Plains,8/26/97 <br /> Motion by Salkin/Kesterson to approve;motion failed 4-3.Kesterson,Salldn,Anderson voting yes. <br /> e.7004,Harless,Town of Medina,8/26/97 <br /> Motion by Hendrick/McCormick to impose a deed restriction prohrbitng further residential development on the <br /> balance of the remenant parcel contiaining approximately 38.3 acres;carried 7-0. <br /> Motion by Hendrick/McCormick to approve as amended;7-0. <br /> f.7012/1451,Air Park Associates,Inc.,Town of Verona,8/26/97 <br /> Motion by Cornwell/Kesterson to postpone;carried 7-0. <br />
