DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6893 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Windsor. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Windsor be amended to include in the C-2 Commercial Districts the <br /> following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6893 A parcel of land in the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 32,Town of <br /> Windsor,to wit: Commencing at the Northeast corner of Lot 20,Chase Farms First Addition; thence <br /> S83°25'54"W,33.38 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing S83°25'54"W,219.14 feet to the <br /> Southeast corner of Lot 21,Chase Farms First Addition; thence N04°45'13"W, 152.19 feet; thence <br /> N24°08'20"W,279.87 feet; thence N29°00'00"W, 374.09 feet to the Northeast corner of Lot 23, Chase <br /> Farms First Addition; thence S61°00'00"W,90.19 feet; thence N00°51'57"W,74.84 feet; thence <br /> N61°00'00"E 229.29 feet; thence S28°08'43"E,830.85 feet; thence S06°34'06"E, 119.63 feet to the <br /> point of beginning <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions: <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REOUIRED <br /> The above listed descriptions is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be <br /> prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective,if within 90 days of its <br /> approval by Dane County,a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the <br /> office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or owners of the <br /> land shall record the following restrictions on said land: <br /> 1. Subject to the recording of a signed development agreement between the applicant and the Town of <br /> Windsor. <br /> Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded <br /> survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning <br /> \9\°6 <br /> .1 ()\.k9U <br /> • <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
