This proposed limited family business-wood working shop appears to meet the basic <br /> town/county plan criteria in the Town of Pleasant Springs: <br /> "Non-agricultural commercial uses will be considered if they are limited to small businesses which do not <br /> require use of prime agricultural land" <br /> Apparently the whole site needs to be rezoned A-2 to allow the conditional use permit. <br /> The conditional use permit should specify the building site,or specify no additional building on the 28-acre site. <br /> We note that Norgaren Road is a narrow gravel road.
