TOWN BOARD ACTION REPORT <br /> gRegarding Zoning Petition # ( Public Hearing 9 9 � 9 <br /> Whereas, the Town Board of the Town ofPT.RASANT SPRTNGS having considered <br /> said zoning petition, be it therefore resolved that said petition is hereby (Approved/Denied). <br /> The Town Planning Commission, <br /> consisting of 7 members voted 7 in favor and 0 opposed. <br /> The Town Board, <br /> consisting of 5 members voted 5 in favor and 0 opposed. <br /> The above petition is subject to the following conditions: (Cross out or write none if there are no <br /> conditions) <br /> WTTR A DEED RRSTRICTTON THAT TAE REAR YARD RE NO LESS_ THAN 45 FEET, <br /> FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A 12 X 16 FOOT ROOM PLUS THE OVER HANG TO THE <br /> REAR OF THE EXISTING HOME OF WHICH THE FOUNDATION IS ALREADY IN, <br /> AND THE SIDE YARDS SHALL REMAIN AS STATED IN THE R-1 ZONING. <br /> (attach additional page(s) as required) <br /> Please note; If the proposed rezoning is approved by the Town Board, but this rezone does not comply <br /> with the Town Land Use Plan, please explain the approval.
