A DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6899 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Cottage Grove. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cottage Grove be amended to include in the R-1A Residential Districts the following described land: PETITION NUMBER: 6899 Parts of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 and the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4,all in Section 23, Town of Cottage Grove, described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 23; thence South along the West line of said 1/4 - 1/4, 330 feet more or less to the South line of the North 10 acres of said 1/4 - 1/4 and the point of beginning; thence East along said South line, 167 feet; thence South, 300 feet; thence West, 288 feet; thence North, 300 feet to the South line of the North 10 acres of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of said Section 23; thence East along said North line, 121 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED This amendment will be effective,if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions on said land: 1. To prohibit further division of parcels 0711-233-9660-6 and 0711-234-9160--0. Said restriction shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of land within 300 feet of the site. Failure to record the restrictions will cause the rezone to be null and void.
