TOWN OF WESTPORT <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 91 <br /> A RESOLUTION BY THE TOWN BOARD OF SUPERVISORS <br /> OF THE TOWN OF WESTPORT, DANE COUNTY, WISCONSIN, <br /> TO AMEND A PARTICULAR LAND USE DISTRICT <br /> OF THE TOWN'S LAND USE PLAN REGARDING PROPERTY <br /> WITHIN THE TOWN OF WESTPORT, DANE COUNTY, WISCONSIN. - <br /> (CARRIAGE RrDGE WEST 40) <br /> WHEREAS, Carriage Ridge LLC (the "Owner") is the owner of certain property <br /> located within the Town of Westport, Dane County, Wisconsin, more particularly <br /> described as follows: <br /> [See legal description and map attached hereto as Exhibit A.] <br /> WHEREAS, the Owner has applied to the Town for an amendment of the Land <br /> Use District for that property within the Town Land Use Plan; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the property is currently designated in the Town Land Use Plan as in <br /> an Agriculture Preservation District; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Town has previously reviewed a concept plan for the property, <br /> without granting specific approval for the plan, but generally accepting the concept idea <br /> (see plan at Exhibit B), which is in accordance with the requested district change; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Town Board has considered the recommendation of the Town Plan <br /> Commission and has determined that the Owner's request is reasonable based on previous <br /> reviews of this Board regarding the property; and, <br /> H:\W I P\8006\62\LA US E-RS.?APO <br /> 1213961301 <br />
