• <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6903 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Westport. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Westport be amended to include in the R-1 Residential Districts the <br /> following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6903 -The NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 20 and part of the NW 1/4 of <br /> the NW 1/4 of Section 21 plus part of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 21 lying West of the plat of <br /> Carriage Ridge all located in Town of Westport,described as follows: commencing at the NE corner of <br /> said Section 20 and the point of beginning thence S 89° 15'46"E,along the North line of the NW 1/4 of <br /> said Section 21, 124.91 feet to the NW corner of the plat of Carriage Ridge; thence S 40°04'23"W,along <br /> the NW line of the plat of Carriage Ridge, 197.72 feet; thence S00 53'44"W,along the west line of the <br /> plat of Carriage Ridge,988.50 feet,thence S 43 51'31"E,along the SW line of the plat of Carriage Ridge, <br /> 269.80 feet to the SW corner thereof, thence N 89 37'16"W,along a westerly extension of the south line <br /> of the plat of Carriage Ridge, 189.97 feet;thence continue N 89 37'16"W,along a westerly extension of <br /> said south line,8.43 feet; thence N 01 15'27"E,along the east line of said Section 20,8.47 feet to the SE <br /> corner of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of said Section 20;thence N 89 25'57"W, 1327.58 feet to the SW <br /> corner of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of said Section 20; thence N 00 55'32"E, 1324.77 feet to the NW <br /> corner of the NE 1/4 of the NE li4 of said Section 20;thence S 89 29'54"E,along the north line of the <br /> NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of said Section 20, 1335.28 feet to the NE corner of Section 20 and the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3Xa)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions: <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed descriptions is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be <br /> prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective,if within 90 days of its <br /> approval by Dane County,a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the <br /> office of the-Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded <br /> survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REOUIRED <br /> This amendment will be eftIctive,if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or owners of the <br /> land shall record the following restrictions on said land: <br /> 1.The 19 conditions contained in Resolution#97-25,Town of Westport. <br /> 2. The Town of Westport and the Village of Waunakee develop a Master Plan to connect permanent <br /> public road access and that an emergency access be provided as approved by the Dane County Regional <br /> Planning Commission. <br /> Said restriction shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board as well as the owners <br /> of land within 300 feet of the site.Failure to record the restrictions will cause the n <br /> and void. <br /> (AV \b\IX1/4\\C ‘ <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this . 1.01. n upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
