PHatik <br /> 0442/97, 14:23 $608 259 2600 SRRH LAW FIRM 2002/003 <br /> • <br /> TOWN OF WESTPORT <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 97- ' <br /> A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AND COMMENCE ACTION TO <br /> AMEND CENTRAL URBAN SERVICE AREA <br /> (CARRIAGE RIDGE EXTENSION) <br /> The Town Board of Supervisors of the Town of Westport, Dane County, <br /> Wisconsin, hereby resolves that the Dane County Regional Planning Commission be <br /> requested to amend the Central Urban Services Area to include certain property in the <br /> Town of Westport, located west of Woodland Drive, south of the Village of Waunakee, <br /> and west of the Carriage Ridge Subdivision development, as more particularly described <br /> and shown on the map attached hereto as'Exhibit A. <br /> The Town Board directs Sharon L. Anderson, Town Clerk/Treasurer, to have the <br /> matter forwarded to the Dane County Regional Planning Commission for approval at its <br /> next meeting. <br /> The above and foregoing resolution was adopted by the Town Board of Supervisors <br /> of the Town of Westport, Dane County, Wisconsin, at a regularly scheduled meeting on <br /> February 17, 1997. <br /> APP' • 4 D: <br /> Dean A.
