Sandsnes, dated February 16, 2004, <br /> and that the points as referenced on said tie sheet are still intact except that at the tie lying <br /> N51°48'15"E, 51.46' from the corner, I found a WDOT Aluminum Monument in concrete and not a City <br /> of Madison Witness monument as called for. Date of field survey & monument recovery was March <br /> 10, 2015.
