<br /> I found a concrete monument with a brass cap per tie sheet by Carl M. Sandsness, doted February 16, 2004. I also
<br /> found the building corner tie, and the damaged witness monument lying NW of said Meander Corner os referenced
<br /> below. I accepted the concrete monument with brass cap (see picture) and placed four (4) ties os referenced below.
<br /> Date of field survey & monument recovery was October 7, 2015.
<br /> (c) In the plan view drawing below, provide reference ties to at least 4 witness monuments. (Witness
<br /> monuments shall be made of concrete, natural stone, iron, or other equally durable material.) Describe \II■ior,witness monuments. t
<br /> (d) Show a plan view drawing depicting the relevant monuments and reference ties which is sufficient in detail
