The <br /> property is very limited in where an accessory building could be placed. Within the 7 acres, the <br /> only place a building could be put, would be east of the pond and creek, (which probably would <br /> be in the flood plane). Our property in currently zoned RH-2. We would like to rezone to A2(4), <br /> in order to put the building above and behind the house. Unfortunately, we do not have enough <br /> property to place the building in this spot without rezoning. The two property owners are AG <br /> exclusive and we would like to place the accessory building no closer than 10 feet from these <br /> property lines. We are in the process of having our property surveyed to identify the proper <br /> property lines. This proposal to rezone has been approved by Cottage Grove Town Board. <br /> Thank you for your attention to this matter. <br />
