DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6908 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Black Earth. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Black Earth be amended to include in the RH-2 Rural Homes <br /> Districts the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6908 Part of the North 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of Section 22, Town of Black <br /> Earth, described as follows: Commencing at the North 1/4 corner, thence East 241.40 feet; thence <br /> S9°04'44"W 329.01 feet to the point of beginning; thence S73°10'03"E 462.84 feet; thence S64°40'56" <br /> E 134.86 feet; thence S74°44'46'E 211.45 feet; thence S80°26'25"E 657.68 feet; thence S76°22'24"E <br /> 75 feet; thence N14°E 275 feet; thence S83° W 750 feet; thence N74°W 211 feet; thence N64°W 134 <br /> feet; thence 73° W 462 feet to the center of U.S.H. 14; thence S9° 04'44"W 68.13 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions: <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be <br /> prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective,if within 90 days of its <br /> approval by Dane County,a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the <br /> office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded <br /> survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> C \c <br /> / <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
