Service includes: mowing, edging, pruning, mowing fields, planting trees, flowers, weed <br /> control, spring/fall clean-ups, mulching. <br /> 4. Projected growth: I do not have any plans of expanding my business. My desire is to <br /> maintain the current size. <br /> Staffing <br /> One part-time employee from April through October <br /> One part-time employee from June through August <br /> Equipment <br /> 2 50" Dixon riding mowers 1 60" Dixon riding mower <br /> 1 48" Lesco walk-behind 2 21" Push mowers <br /> 4 Weed wackers 4 Hand-held blowers <br /> 3 Hedge trimmers 1 Chain saw <br /> 2 Ford Trucks 2 16' Trailers <br /> I Edging machine 1 Leaf Vacuum <br /> Shovels, Rakes, 2 Wheel barrels, 2 Snow blowers <br /> Projected Building Plan <br /> We plan on building a 30' X 50' Pull shed in accordance to zoning laws. Constructed by a local <br /> builder (ie. Cleary). The shed will be designed to match the house which will be newly sided. All <br /> equipment will fit inside the shed with the intent that nothing will be stored outside. It will be <br /> used primarily to store my equipment and to perform minor maintenance on the equipment such <br /> as oil changes, lubricating, sharpening and changing blades. All major maintenance is outsourced <br /> to local businesses such as Louie Olsen of Louie's Power Center and Dale Chestnut of Double D. <br /> Loading of equipment starts at 7:30 a.m. and unloading at 5:30 p.m. No additional activity during <br /> the daytime hours is anticipated. No parking will be necessary for the construction of this <br /> building. My employees' cars will be parked inside of the shed during business hours. We do not <br /> have any current plans to landscape since the building will be made to match the house. No signs <br /> will be put up for marketing purposes. <br /> Suitable Location <br /> The location is desirable because it brings me closer to the companies who service my equipment. <br /> The lot size provides adequate space for the building. <br /> Time Schedule <br /> My plan is to begin construction of this building during late October or early November. <br />
