This proposed lawn care business appears to conflict with a policy of the adopted town/county plan in <br /> the Town of Springdale. <br /> This is a residential lot with an existing house, surrounded by houses on all the other lots.This area is designated <br /> as an Unsewered Development District on the plan map. <br /> The relevant policy is: <br /> "To provide for commercial development that is compatible with adjacent uses." <br /> It is very difficult to rationalize a business utilizing trucks and machinery as compatible with residential uses on a <br /> residential cul-de-sac.
