CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #999 <br /> CONDITIONS <br /> 1. The airport shall be designated as a "Private Airstrip". No aircraft <br /> other than homebased are allowed to use this airstrip except in <br /> emergency situations. <br /> 2. A maximum of 3 operational aircraft and 1 non-operational aircraft may <br /> be hangared at the airstrip. <br /> - 3. Only single engine aircraft may use the airstrip, ultra-Lite type of <br /> aircraft are not allowed. <br /> 4. The airstrip shall operate under FAA's "Visual Flight Rules", night <br /> flying operations or lighting of the landing strip are not permitted. <br /> 5. A maximum of 10, FAA defined, "airplane operations" are permitted per <br /> day. Flight instruction or training, including "touch & go" landing <br /> operations are not permitted. <br /> 6. Crop dusting operations are not allowed to use the airstrip. <br /> 7. Commercial businesses, including sale of fuel, are not permitted at the <br /> airstrip. <br /> 8. Major changes to the topography of the land are not permitted and upon <br /> termination of the airstrip the land shall be reclaimed to agriculture <br /> capability. <br /> • <br /> 9. Educational training pertaining to airframe construction sanctioned by <br /> an accredited academic institution is permitted. <br /> 10. The premises shall be kept in a neat and orderly manner. <br /> 11. The Dane County Zoning and Natural Resources Committee will review <br /> compliance with the conditions of this permit on an annual basis. <br /> 12. EXPIRATION OF PERMIT: This permit will expire upon the transfer of <br /> ownership of the airstrip. A new owner will be required to apply for <br /> his or her own conditional use permit. <br />
