DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6911 i <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Dunn. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ord.' ollows: Th.t the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Dunn be amended to include ' the A-2(8) 'cultural Districtls the <br /> following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6911--A portion of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 27,Town of Dunn, <br /> to-wit: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 27; thence S 89°07' 51"W,592.17 feet to <br /> the point of beginning. Thence continue S 89°07' 51"W, 590.00 feet; thence N 2° 16' 07"E,217.81 <br /> feet; thence S 77°24' 59"W, 139.34 feet; thence N 3° 16'49"E,443.99 feet; thence N 89°56' 12"E, <br /> 706.40 feet; thence S 1°20' 06"W,622.54 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions: <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be <br /> prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective,if within 90 days of its <br /> approval by Dane County,a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the <br /> office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded <br /> survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning <br /> opt <br /> C° <br /> 22 <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
