DEERFIELD, WI 53531 Pe�/71/40 (932/.-C, C v f/ /' <br /> THE FOLLOWING ARE CONCERNS: <br /> DISPOSAL OF HORSE MANURE-AT THIS TIME A LAWN MOWER AND PULL <br /> TRAILER IS USED TO HAUL MANURE OUT OF THE BARN AND PILE IS AROUND A <br /> WOOD BUILDING. AT THE COTTAGE GROVE PLANNING MEETING IT WAS STATED <br /> BY LORRAINE ADKINS THAT MANURE IS HAULED OFF THE PROPERTY IN 55 GAL. <br /> DRUMS FOR USE IN FRIENDS GARDENS. AFTER THAT STATEMENT HAD BEEN <br /> MADE MR. HAMPTON CAME TO OUR PROPERTY AND OBSERVED THE PILE ON <br /> THE ADKINS PROPERTY THEY STATED DID NOT EXISTS. <br /> MR. SKAAR- TOWN CHAIRMAN INFORMED OF NON COMPLIANCE IN JANUARY <br /> AND TO STOP ALL OPERATION. AT THE PLANNING MEETING THIS WAS DENIED <br /> BY TERRI PALMER(RENTER ON THE PROPERTY). <br /> PLANNING CHAIRMAN FOR COTTAGE GROVE KEVIN SHELLY VISITED THIS <br /> PROPERTY MARCH 16. IN HIS LETTER TO MR. GREGORIOUS HE STATED HE <br /> OBSERVED 12 RIDING HELMETS IN THE BARN. AT DANE COUNTY PLANNING <br /> MEETING THIS WAS DENIED BY T. PALMER AND SAID THEIR HAS NEVER BEEN <br /> MORE THAN 4. MR. SHELLY ALSO SPOKE TO CUSTOMERS AS STATED IN THE <br /> LETTER. <br /> ACTIVITY HAS CONTINUED WITH NO ATTEMPT TO COMPLY. THIS WAS ALSO <br /> DENIED AT THE PLANNING MEETING. MR. SKAAR HAS DOCUMENTATION TO <br /> SUPPORT THIS FACT. <br /> BUSINESS IS STILL BEING OPERATED TO DATE. <br /> LOCATION OF LESSON, TRAINING ARENA IS 5' FROM OUR PROPERTY LINE, AS <br /> OBSERVED BY COTTAGE GROVE BOARD MEMBERS NOT 1/4 MILE AS STATED BY <br /> TERRI PALMER AT THE PLANNING MEETING. THE ADKINS PROPERTY IS ONLY <br /> APPROXIMATELY 300' WIDE. <br /> PLEASE NOTE IN YOUR DOCUMENTATION OF FACTS THE LACK OF CREDIBILITY <br /> OF T. PALMER AND OWNER ADKINS STATEMENTS.
