All acce;sory buildings and agricultural outbuildings to be constructed on the <br /> Property in the future shall be located no more than 150 feet outside of the <br /> perimeter of the Rezone Area. <br /> 5. These restrictions shall constitute covenants running with the land, and shall be <br /> binding upon all parties now owning any part of Owners' Property, their <br /> successc rs, heirs and assigns, and all parties holding under them unless, <br /> pursuant to paragraphs 7 and 8, said restrictions are amended or terminated. <br /> 6.
